Özet

İki taraflı fasiyal sinir felci nadir görülen bir durumdur. Konjenital veya idiyopatik olabildiği gibi Lyme hastalığı ve travma en sık neden olabilmektedir. Ayırıcı tanı ve önemini vurgulamak amacı ile biri konjenital nedenlerden olan Möbius sendromu, diğeri kazanılmış nedenlerden olan idiyopatik iki taraflı fasiyal sinir felci olarak tanı almış iki olgu sunulmuştur

Abstract

Bilateral facial nerve paralysis rarely occurs. Lyme disease, trauma, congenital and idiopathic reasons are the most common causes of this disease. In order to stress differential diagnoses and its importance, two cases are presented here: one of them is Möbius syndrome which stems from congenital reasons and the other is idiopathic bilateral facial palsy which stems from acquired reasons.
