Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerin yaş ortalaması 32.94±7.63 yıl olup (min-maks:22-64), %89.6’ı kadın, %49.0’unun geliri giderine eşit, %78.7’i lisans mezunudur. Hemşirelerin ölçek toplam puan ortalaması 2.400.65’tir (min-maks:1-4). Hemşirelerin yaş ortalamaları (p
Abstract
Objective: This study was conducted to determine the nursing informatics competencies and related factors of nurses working in the internal and surgical units of a university hospital. Materials and Methods: The descriptive and cross-sectional study was conducted with 202 nurses working in the internal and surgical units of a university hospital between July and August 2021. A purposeful sampling method was used. The data were collected using the sociodemographic characteristics form showing the descriptive characteristics of the participants and the TIGER-based Assessment of Nursing Informatics Competencies Tool. The assessment of the data was carried out by researchers using the SPSS 24.0 program. Number, percentage, mean, independent groups t test, Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis test and Pearson correlation analysis were used in the analysis of the data. Results: The average age of the nurses was 32.94±7.63 years (min-max:22-64), 89.6% were women, 49.0% had an income equal to expenses, and 78.7% had a bachelor's degree. The total score average of the scale of nurses is 2.40±0.65 (min-max=1-4). Average age of nurses (p
