Özet
Bu çalışmada, örgütsel ekoloji kuramı çerçevesinde, tahmin edilemeyen çevre koşulları altında, çevre örgüt etkileşimin önemi ortaya konulmuştur. İşletmelerin sürdürülebilir rekabet avantajı elde etmelerinde ve işletme amaçlarının gerçekleşmesinde önemli olan çevre unsurlarının örgütlere etkileri incelenmektedir. Çalışmada, örgütsel ekoloji kuramına ilişkin bazı araştırmalar, teori ve yaklaşımlar hakkında bilgi verilmesi ve örgütsel yapıya etki eden unsurların belirtilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bir açık sistem olarak örgüt ve örgüt yapısına etki eden unsurlar ve bu konuda yapılan çalışmalar ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışmada bu konuda yapılan araştırmalar, teori ve yaklaşımlara ilişkin bilgi verilmesi ve örgütsel ekoloji kuramı çerçevesinde örgüt yapısına etki eden unsurların belirtilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu konuda yapılan araştırmalar ortaya konulmuş ve elde edilen sonuçlar derlenmiştir. Örgütsel ekoloji yaklaşımı çerçevesinde; çevre, topluluklar, yaş ve büyüklük unsurları incelenmiştir. Örgütlerin büyüklüğü ve yaşının koşul bağımlılık unsuru olarak etkili olduğu vurgusu yapılmaktadır. Örgütsel ekoloji kuramı çerçevesinde örgütlerin yaşı ile yapısı arasındaki bağlantılar, yenilikler ve uyum kavramlarıyla ele alınmış ve etkileri ortaya konulmuştur. Örgütler dünyasında evrim, seçim ve ayıklanma kavramlarıda geçerlidir. Örgütlerin içinde bulundukları çevrede varlıklarını nasıl sürdürebildikleri ve örgütlerin hayatta kalma ve kurulma oranları ilişkilendirilmiştir. Örgütsel ekoloji yaklaşımı çerçevesinde, uyum, ayıklanma, yaş ve büyüklük gibi unsurlar örgüt toplulukları ve örgütler üzerinde etkileri olduğu sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır.
Abstract
In this study, under the unpredictable environmental conditions, the importance of the interaction of environmental organizations has been emphasized within the framework of organizational ecology theory. Effects of environmental elements on organizations which are also important in achieving sustainable competitive advantage andgoals are examined. In this study, it is aimed to give information about some researches, theories and approaches related to organizational ecology theory and to define the elements affecting the organizational structure. Organizations as an open system, the elements affecting to the structure of the organizations and also researches about this topics have been demonstrated. Also in this study, it is aimed to give information about the researches, theories, and approaches that have been made in this topic and describing the elements affecting organization structure within the framework of organizational ecology theory. Researches on this issue have been revealed and the obtained results are complied. Within the framework of organizational ecology approach; environment, communities, age and size were examined. It is emphasized that the size and age of organizations are effective as a condition addictive element. The links between age and structure of the organization in the context of organizational ecology theory, dealt with the concept of innovation and adaptation and the effects have been demonstrated. The concepts of evolution, selection and separation are also applicable in the world of organizations. How organizations can sustain their existence in the environment they are in and survival and establishment rates of organizations have been correlated. In the conclusion of the study, within the framework of organizational ecology approach, the factors such as adaptation, elimination age and size had an effect on organizational communities and organizations.
