Özet
Fetüste tespit edilen anomalilerin gebeliğin sonlandırılması için bir gerekçe teşkil edip etmeyeceği tartışmasının tıbbî, hukukî ve etik yönü kadar fıkhî hükmü de önem taşımaktadır.Bu çalışma, ilgili mahfi llerde çoğu zaman bir fetva sorusu olarak gündeme gelen bu konuda çağdaş İslâm hukukçuları nın ve fetva kurullarının cevaz görüşlerini eleştirel bir şekildeele alıp değerlendirmeyi hedefl emektedir.
Abstract
The fıqh perspective of the discussion on whether anomalies that are detected in fetus can be a reason of termination of pregnancy is as signifi cant as its medical, legal and ethical perspective. There are different arguments on this issue in the Islamic world. This study aims to put forward pemissible ideas of modern Islamic jurists and fatwa councils and critically examine them.
