Özet

Bu çalışma da, yaşam boyu eğitim ve öğrenmenin temel özelliklerini sergileyen algın(informal) öğrenme tanıtılmıştır. Algın öğrenme üzerinde ayrıntılı bir şekilde durulmuştur. Algınöğrenme süreci, bireysel bir öğrenme süreci olarak bireyin öğrenme sürecinde seçimler yapması vetam kontrolün bireyin kendisinde olması bakımından yaşam boyu öğrenme sürecine (yazılımateryallerin okunması, gerçek ya da sanal kişilerle iletişim kurulması, deneyim değişimininyaşanması ve hataların öğrenilmesi gibi konularda ) tam bir örnektir. Çalışma sonunda, bu kuramınetkili öğrenme, sınıfça değişme/dönüşme ve işlevsel okul gibi konularda eğitime önemli katkılarıolabileceği değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca, a lgın öğrenme süreci, yani yaşam boyu eğitim bilgi ve iletişimteknolojilerinin önemini vurgulamaktadır.

Abstract

This paper exhibits basic features of lifelong education and possible forms of learning.Informal learning is elaborated in more details than other forms. The process of informal learning is areal example of lifelong education where an individual has total control over the learning process andits r esults by choosing learning forms that suit them best at a particular time (reading the writtenmaterials, communication with people from their real or virtual surroundings, exchange ofexperiences, learning on mistakes...). The paper emphasizes the importance of information andcommunications technologies in the process of informal learning, i.e. lifelong education. It is arguedas a result of this study that this theory may contribute to education in issues like effective learning,changing/transforming a s a whole class, and functional schooling. In addition, emphasizes theimportance of information and communications technologies in the process of informal learning, i.e.lifelong education.
