Giysilik Deri Özellikleri Üzerine Nötralizasyon pH Değerinin Etkisi

Özet

Mamul deri üretiminde tüm deri işlem basamakları önemli rol oynar. Giysilik deri için yumuşaklık, dökümlü/ük, esneklik, ve boyanabilir/ik gibi önem taşıyan özellikleri, büyük ölçüde nötralizasyon işlem basamağında belirlenir. Giysilik deriler üzerine nötralizasyon pH değerlerinin etkisinin belirlendiği bu çalışmada; pH 5.0, 6.0, 7.0 ve 8.0 değerlerinde gerçekleştirilen nötralizasyon işleminin derilerinin fiziksel, kimyasal ve boyama özellikleri üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Farklı nötralizasyon pH değerlerinin giysilik derilerin renk şiddeti ve fiziksel özellikleri üzerine etkili olduğu, bu özelliklerin artan pH değerleriyle arttığı ve optimum nötralizasyon pH değerinin 6.0 olarak belirlendiği çalışma sonucu olarak saptanmıştır.

Abstract

All processing steps in leather manufacturing play an important role for final leather product. The significant properties, such assoftness, texture, elasticity and dyeability, are mostly determined by neutralization step. In this study, it was aimed to determinethe effect of different neutralization pH values on garment leathers and neutralization process was performed at 5. 0, 6. 0, 7. 0,8.0 pH values to investigate the physical, chemical and dyeing properties of processed leathers. The different neutralization pHvalues were found effective on color intensity and physical properties of garment leathers, the characteristic properties of leatherswere increased by increased pH values and the optimum neutralization pH value was determined as 6.0 as result of the study.
