Özet
Türk Uluslararası Gemi Sicili 1999 yayımlanan 4490 sayılı Kanun ilekurulmuştur. Aradan geçen yirmi bir yıl içinde Kanun’da bazı değişiklikler yapılmıştır. En son 2016 ve 2017 yıllarında 6745 ve 6770 sayılıKanunlar ile Türk Uluslararası Gemi Sicili Kanunu’nun ikinci ve onikinci maddelerinde önemli değişiklikler yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada idari,adli yargı kararları ve T.C. Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı tarafından bu Kanunçerçevesinde verilen Özelgeler ışığında yapılan kanun değişikliklerininetkisi değerlendirilecektir.
Abstract
Turkish International Ship Registry was established with the Act numbered 4490 which was published in 1999. There have been some amendments to the Act within intervening twenty-one years. Most recently, the essential amendments were made to article 2 and article 12 of the Turkish International Ship Registry Act through the Law numbered 6745 and the Law numbered 6770 in 2016 and 2017. In this study, the judgments rendered by administrative and civil courts and the effects of the amendments of the relevant law and legislation which are made in the light of the Rulings issued by Turkish Revenue Administration within in the scope of this Act will be evaluated.
