Özet

Prostetik greft enfeksiyonu rekonstrüktif vasküler cerrahinin tehlikeli ve tedavisi zor olan komplikasyonlarından biridir. Prostetik greft enfeksiyonları omentoplasti ile tedavi edilebilir. Ateroskleroz zemininde gelişmiş ilio-femoral tıkayıcı hastalığı olan bir olguda yapılan aorta-popliteal bypass sonrası gelişen greft enfeksiyonu omentoplasti ile tedavi edilmiştir. Bir olgu nedeniyle prostetik greft enfeksiyonlarının tedavi prensiplerini ve omentoplastinin önemini tartışmayı amaçladık.

Abstract

Prosthetic graft infection is one of the dangerous complication of reconstructive vascular surgery, and the management of this complication is difficult. Prosthetic graft infections may be treated by omentoplasty. Graft infection was developed in a patient with atherosclerotic ilio-femoral occlusive disease, and the infection was controlled by omentoplasty. Because of this case, we aimed to discuss the management of prosthetic graft infections and emphasize the role of omentoplasty.
