Özet
18 yaşındaki erkek hastada, motorlu araç kazası sonrası, pelvis kırığı ve multiple servikal omurlarda yaralanma ile beraber, aortik isthmus bölgesinde akut travmatik aortik rüptür gelişti. Sol posterolateral torakotomi ile ulaşılan rüptür bölgesinde, proksimal ve distal aortaya klemp konularak, aortik rüptür tübüler greft interpozisyonu ile onarıldı.Olguda, spinal kord iskemisini önlemeye yönelik aktif yada pasif şant uygulanmadı.Hasta postoperatif 7. gün komplikasyonsuz olarak taburcu edildi.
Abstract
Acute traumatic aortic rupture in the place of aortic isthmus with pelvic fracture and servical injury developed on the 18-year old male patient after a traffic accident. In the rupture region where we reached by left thoracotomy incision, the proximal and distal aorta was clamped and aortic rupture was repaired with tubular graft interposition.In order to prevent spinal cord ischemia neither active nor passive shunt was applied in this case.The patient was discharged on the 7th postoperative day without any complication.
