Özet

Aorta-iliak tıkanıklıklarda bifurkasyon grefti uygulamak seçilecek en iyi tedavi yöntemi olmuştur. Giderek artan sayıda kullanıma bağlı olarak da uzun dönemde ortaya çıkan çeşitli komplikasyonlar vasküler cerrahları yeni arayışlara itmiştir. Tüm yeni medikal ve cerrahi girişimlere rağmen greft enfeksiyonu halen ciddi bi sorun olmaya devam etmektedir. Enterik erezyon ile kombine olmuş greft enfeksiyonlu bir olgumuzda otojen doku kullanarak başarılı bir prosedür gerçekleştirdik. Greft enfeksiyonlarında yeni rekonstrüktif girişim gerekli olduğunda güvenle kullanılabilecek tek materyal otojen doku greftidir.

Abstract

Bifurcation grafts are the most suitable by-pass materials for aorta-iliac occlusive diseases. As the late complications of the bifurcation grafts are increasing, the surgeons have search for alternative surgical methods. Despite of the new medical and surgical treatment, prosthetic graft infection is still a serious problem. We performed a successful surgical procedure with autogenous tissue, to a patient with prosthetic graft infection complicated with enteric eresion. If a patient with graft infection needs a recontructive vascular surgery, autogenous tissue is the only confidencial material.
