Özet
Üst ekstremitenin derin ven trombozu olarak bilinen aksiller-subklavian ven trombozu seyrek görülmektedir. Çeşitli amaçlarla geçici kateter uygulamalarının artmasıyla daha sık rastlanmaya başlanmıştır. Son yıllarda tedavi yaklaşımlarına yeni seçenekler eklenmiş olan aksiller-subklavian ven trombozu tanısı ile tedavi ederek izlediğimiz olgular sunulmuştur. Klinik bulgular, etyolojik faktörler, gelişmiş tanı ve tedavi yaklaşımları literatürle birlikte tartışılmıştır.
Abstract
Deep venous thrombosis of the upper extremity known as "axillosubclavian vein thrombosis" is seen relatively rare. The incidence of this condition is getting increase due to the permanent catheterization with different aims. Here we report the cases diagnosed and followed as axillary-subclavian vein thrombosis which new modalities have been included to the therapeutic approach during the recent years. The clinical presentation, predisposing factors, improved diagnosis and management of this rare entity are discussed along with the related literature.
