Özet

Amaç: Sempatik deri yanıtlan (SDY) periferik sinirlerin otonomik fonksiyonlarını değerlendirmede rutin olarak kullanılan bir tekniktir. Çalışmanın amacı, akut derin ven trombozu (ADVT) ile sempatik sinir sisteminin otonomik fonksiyonları arasında olabilecek ilişkiyi araştırmaktır. Materyal Metot: Alt ekstremitelerinde tek taraflı ADVT'u bulunan hastalarda SDY ölçüldü ve bu hastaların ADVT'Ii bacakları ile normal bacakları birbirleri ile karşılaştırıldı. Background: At present, measurement of the sympathetic skin response (SSR) is routinely employed technique for evaluating the autonomic tunction of peripheral nerves. The aim of this study was to investigate the possible correlation between the existence of acute deep vein thrombosis (ADVT) and autonomic function of central nervous system.
