Özet

İnfertilite nedeni ile ovulasyon indüksiyonu ve invitro fertilizasyon tedavisi gören olgumuzda gebeliğin 6. haftasında ovaryan hiperstimülasyon sendromu (OHSS) gelişti. OHSS'a bağlı sistemik semptomların iyileşmesinden 5 hafta sonra (l.trimesterin ortası) sol boyun bölgesinde ağrı, şişlik şikayeti olması üzerine renkli dopler ultrasonografi tetkiki ile internal juguler ven trombozu tanısı kondu. Düşük molekül ağırlıklı heparin tedavisi uygulandı. Trombofüik sendromlar (faktör V leiden, protein C,S eksikliği, gen mutasyonları) açısından yapılan mutajenik risk taraması negatifıdi. OHHS'ye bağlı juguler ven trombozu komplikasyonu gelişen nadir görülen olgumuzu sunmayı amaçladık. (Damar Cer Der 2008;17(l):35-38).

Abstract

Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome (OHSS) appeared in a young female patient who was treated for infertility with ovulation induction and in vitro fertilization at the sixth week of gestation. Five weeks after the recovery , she suffered from swelling and pain of the left cervical area. Doppler ultrasonography revealed internal juguler vein and subclavian vein junction thrombosis. She has got low molecular heparin therapy. She was examined for thrombophilic syndromes (factory V leiden, protein C,S deficiency, genetic mutations) which all results were negative. We aimed to present very uncommon clinical subclavian-juguler venous thrombosis due to OHSS. (Turkish J Vase Sur 2008;17(1):35-38).
