Özet

inguinal bölgede lenfatik damar hasarına bağlı lenfatik drenaj, vasküler cerrahide sık rastla-- nan bir komplikasyondur. Çevre dokular genellikle ekstravaze lenf sıvısını sınırlar ve lenf sıvısının tetiklediği inflamasyon sıvı etrafında kapsül oluşmasını kolaylaştırır. Bu lokalize lenf koleksiyonu lenfosel olarak adlandırılır. Lenfosel tanısında Doppler ultrasonografi önemli bir yol göstericidir. Ge-- nellikle ufak lenfoseller spontan olarak birkaç gün içinde geriler. Bu vaka sunumunda amaç ana fe-- moral arter ve ven eksplorasyonunu takiben gelişen, konservatif ve cerrahi olarak tedavi edilemeyen lenfatik drenaj ve lenfoselin tedavisinde fibrin yapıştırıcı (8 ml) ve kompresyon kullanımının etkin-- liğini göstermektir.

Abstract

Lympathic drainage from the groin secondary to lympathic vessel injury is com—mon complication of vascular surgery. Extravasated lymph is often restricted by neighboring tis—sues. Inflammatory process triggered by lymphathic fluid itself favors the development of capsulearound it, and this localized lymph collection which is called lymphocele. Doppler ultrasound hasbeen proposed as an effective modality for lymphocele diagnosis. Usually, small lymphoceles spon—taneously regress within few days. The aim of this case report is to show the efficacy of fibringlue (8 ml) and compression as treatment option for lymphatic drainage and lymphocele after fe—moral artery and vein exploration in the groin which did not respond to conservative and surgi—cal therapy.
