Betonların kalite kontrol incelemesi: Elazığ örneklemi

Özet

Bu çalışmada Elazığ'daki yapıların şartnamelere uygun yapılıp yapılmadığı, tahribatsız basınç dayanımı incelemeleriyle ortaya konulmuştur. Böylece yapıların ciddi olarak denetlenip denetlenmediğine açıklık getirilmiştir. Yapılan araştırmalar göstermiştir ki, Elazığ'da betonarme taşıyıcı elemanların % 30'u BS16, % 6O'ı ise BS20 beton dayanımının altındadır. Sözkonusu yapı elemanlarının varyasyon katsayısının 0.21 olması da nitelik konusunda kaygıları göstermektedir. Genel bir değerlendirmede, Elazığ'daki betonların zayıf ve denetimsiz olduğu sonucuna varılabilir. Bu sonuç, Elazığ'da çeşitli semtlerden seçilen 44 konutun toplam 153 yapı elemanından alınan 853 adet (ultrasonik test + schmidt test) ölçümlerle elde edilmiştir.

Abstract

This study clarifies whether the buildings in Elazığ had been constructed according to the standards by studies of non-destructive compressive strength or not. Therefore this study also implies whether the buildings had been seriously and technically controlled by authorities. The investigations concluded by different people show that 30 % of reinforced concrete elements have a concret quality under BS16, 60 % of them is under BS 20. The variation coefficient of those building materials is 0.21. This shows anxiety about the quality of the buildings. In general evaluation it is possible to come to the conclusion; that the concrete used in the buildings is not only be controlled by authorities but also weak. This result has been gained from 853 measurements {used ultrasonic and schmidt tests) on 153 samples of construction materials selected from 44 buildings in different districts in Elazığ.
