Pilot önkalsinatörde NO-kömür reaksiyonu üzerine bir çalışma

Özet

Bu makalede, kömürden kaynaklanan NO indirgenmesi ve çimento farininin NO-kömür reaksiyonuna etkisini incelemek üzere, pilot ölçekli önkalsinatörde yapılan çalışma anlatılmıştır. Sonuçlar, değişik fiziksel ve kimyasal özelliklee sahip kömürlerden dolayı farklı seviyelerde NO indirgendiğini göstermiştir. Kullanılan çimento farininin etkisiyle NO dönüşüm seviyesi açıkça artmıştır; bu da endüstriyel önkalsinatördeki çimento farini NO-kömür reaksiyonu üzerinde pozitif katalitik etkiye sahiptir ve NO dönüşümünü arttırır. Bunun yanısıra, kalsine çimento farininden oluşan CaO'nun önemli bir katalizör olduğu bulunmuştur.

Abstract

In this paper, the reduction of NO by coal-derived char and the effect of cement raw material on NO-char reaction vere investigated in bench scale precalciner under simulated conditions. The results indicate that levels of NO reduced by different type of coal chars are different because of nature physical and chemical characteristics of coal char. At presence of cement raw meal, the level of NO conversion obviously go up, which suggests that cement raw meal in industrial precalciner has positive catalytic effect on NO-char reaction and improves NO conversion. Besides, it is found that CaO derived calcined cement raw meal is an important catalytic matter.
