Abstract
Meckel's Diverticulum, the most common gastrointestinal congenital abnormality, results from failure of complet obliteration of the ompholomezenteric duct. Complications develop in about 4-6 % of cases and these mostly occur in children. The clinical presantation varies widely, rendering this condition a challenge to diagnose. The most common presentations include intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal bleeding, acute inflammation with or without perforation (1-5,9). Perforation of a Meckel's Diverticulum is an uncommon but most serious complication. Perforated Meckel's Diverticulitis cannot be distinguished clinically from a perforated appendix., We are presented two cases Meckel's Diverticulum perforation and relevant literatures are reviwed.
