Akut pankreatit etyolojisinde rol alan paratiroid adenomunda hiperkalsemi mutlaka beklenmeli midir? (Olgu sunumu)

Abstract

Among the factors resulting in acute pancreatitis other than the well recognized cholelithiasis and alcohol consumption, hypercalcemia originating from parathyroid pathologies is also present. But hypercalcemia can be masked by the hypocalcemia of the early stage of acute pancreatitis. Our case presented in this paper is a typical example for this.
