Özet
Türkiye'nin geldiği konum ve bu konuma gelişiyle ilgili değerlendirmeler Türk modernleşmesi çerçevesinde tartışılmaktadır. Modernleşmenin hedeflerine ulaşması bir bütün olarak ele alınmasıyla sağlanabilir. Türkiye'nin biçimlenmesinde modernlik projesinin Avrupa'yı modern duruma getiren özgürlük, yurttaşlık hakları, demokratikleşme vb. tüm boyutlarıyla ele alınması gerekmektedir.
Abstract
The place of which Turkey is in and the assessments that are related to this place are being discussed within the framework of modernity of Turkish society. It is only possible to attain the goal of modernity by dealing with the subject in its entirety. The project of modernity should be handled in the light of liberty, rights of the citizen and democracy of Europe which will also help to shape the modernity in Turkey.
