Özet
Bu çalışmada hastanelerin verimlilik ve kalite sistemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu amaçla Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Sağlık Hizmetleri Araştırma ve Uygulama Hastanesi’nin bazı polikliniklerinde hizmet alan hastaların, verilen sağlık hizmeti konusundaki görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Anket sonuçları SPSS paket programı kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Ankete verilen cevaplar ışığında değerlendirmeler yapılmış ve hastane yöneticilerine bazı önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
Abstract
In this study, the productivity and the quality systems of the Cumhuriyet University Hospital were eximaned. The main purpose of the survey was to find out the variouse perspective of the patients on system of Turkish health services. The data were analysed by SPSS. At the end of the research, a report was submitted to the mangerial class of the hospital. Therefore, ıt became possible to take some precautions to reorganise the management structure of the hospital.
