GLOBAL EXISTENCE AND STABILITY RESULTS FOR HADAMARD-VOLTERRA-STIELTJES INTEGRAL EQUATIONS

Abstract

In this paper we prove the existence and stability of solutions ofa class of HadamardñVolterrañStieltjes integral equations in the Banach spaceof continuous and bounded functions on unbounded interval. That result isproved under rather general hypotheses. The main tools used in our considerations are the concept of measure of noncompactness in conjunction with theDarbo and Mˆnch Öxed point theorems.
