Özet

Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı kök kanal medikamanlarının (Ledermix, triple antibiotic paste, Kalsin, Klorhexidine gel, Vitapex) oluşturduğu renk değişimini belirlemek ve ardından sodyum perborat-hidrojen peroksit karışımı ve karbamid peroksit’in beyazlatma etkisini karşılaştırmaktır. Gereç ve Yöntem: 112 adet insan maksiller santraller kullanıldı. Dişler 5 tanesi deney grubu 2 tanesi pozitif ve negatif kontrol grubu olmak üzere 7 gruba ayrıldı. Deney grupları medikaman ile dolduruldu. Ölçümler spektofotometre ile yapıldı. Çoklu grupların karşılaştırılmasında Kruskal Wallis H testi ve Mann Whitney U test ile Bonferroni düzeltmesi kullanıldı. Background and Aim: The aim of the study is to assessthe color changes that results from root canal medicaments(Ledermix, triple antibiotic paste, Kalsin, Klorhexidine gel,Vitapex) and then to determine the bleaching effect of sodiumperborate-hydrogen peroxide mixture and carbamide peroxide.Materials and Methods: 112 human maxillary central incisorswere used. The teeth were divided into seven groups, five asexperimental, two as positive and negative.
