Özet

Bilateral genu valgus ve pes valgus deformitesi tamiri için kaudal anestezi ve analgosedasyon uygulanan Morquio sendromlu bir hastanın anestezi yöntemi tartışıldı.Morquio sendromlu hastaların anestezi yöntemi hava yolunun, pozisyon vermedeki problemleri ve spinal kord fonksiyonlarının korunmasını içerir.Hava yolu korunarak, spontan soluyan çocuğa kaudal anestezi ve ketamin ile birlikte midazolam analgosedasyonu alt ekstremite cerrahisi sırasında uyguladığımız anestezi metodumuzdur.Bu vaka raporunda, anestezi metodumuz gözden geçiridi.

Abstract

Anaesthetic management of a patient with Morquio syndrome who underwent analgosedation and caudal anaesthesia for bilateral genu valgus and pes valgus deformity repair is discussed.Anaesthetic management diffuculties of patients with Morquio syndrome involve protecting airway, and positioning problems and preservation of spinal cord functions.With respect to protecting the airway, analgosedation with ketamine and midazolam and kaudal anaesthesia of the spontaneously breathing child is our anaesthetic method of choice during lower extremity surgery.In this case report, our anaesthetic method is viewed.
