EĞİTİMDE FIRSAT VE İMKÂN EŞİTLİĞİNE FARKLI BİR BAKIŞ

Özet
Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı Ortaöğretim Kurumları Yönetmeliğinde; meslek liseleri için dal değiştirmenin en geç 11. sınıf birinci döneminde yapılacağı belirtilmektedir. İlde aynı alan/dal da eğitim veren tek okul bulunması durumunda 11. sınıfta öğrenim gören bir öğrencinin nakil olmak için farklı bir ile gitmesi gerekecektir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, il içerisinde bir alan/dal da eğitim veren tek okulda öğrenim gören meslek lisesi öğrencilerinin 11. sınıfta aynı il içinde nakil olamamalarının yarattığı fırsat ve imkân eşitliğinin tartışılmasıdır. Araştırma Denizli ilinde eğitim veren özel meslek liseleri ile sınırlıdır. Bu araştırmada bir olayı detaylı bir şekilde anlamak için tek durum (vaka) çalışması yapılmıştır. Ekonomik koşullar nedeni ile 11. sınıfta okuluna devam edemeyen bir öğrenci ya aynı alanda başka okul bulacak ya da açık liseye kayıt yaptırabilecektir. Bu öğrencinin aynı ilde gideceği başka okul olmaması durumunda öğrencinin alanla ilgili eğitimini sonlandırabilmekte ya da öğrenci sevmediği bir mesleği yapabilmektedir. Bu durumun fırsat ve imkân eşitliğini engellememesi için önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
Abstract
Ministry of National Education Regulation for Secondary Education Institutions; it is stated that branch change for vocational schools will be in the first period of 11th grade at the latest. If there is only one school in the same field / branch, a student who is studying in the 11th class will have to go to a different city to be transferred. The purpose of this research, it is the discussion of the opportunity and possibility equality that the vocational high school students who 11th grade students will not be able to find a school. The research is limited to private vocational schools that provide training in the province of Denizli. In this study, a single case study was conducted to understand an event in detail. A student who is unable to attend school at the 11th grade due to economic conditions will either be able to find another school on the same field or register for an open course. If there is no other school where this student can go to the same place, he can finish the student's education about the field or he can make a profession that the student does not like. Suggestions have been made to prevent this situation from obstructing the equality of opportunity and opportunity.
