Entropi Tabanlı MAUT ve VIKOR Yöntemleriyle Tedarikçi Seçimi: Bir Kamu Kurumu Örneği

Supplier Selection With Entropy Based MAUT and VIKOR Methods: A Public Institution Case Study

Özet

Tedarikçi seçimi işletmelerin, kâr elde edebilmesi, minimum kaynaklarla maksimum faydayı sağlaması ve kıt kaynaklarını etkin ve verimli kullanabilmesi için son derece önemli ve birden fazla kriterin göz önünde bulundurulması gerektiren bir süreçtir. Bu çalışmanın amacı bir kamu kurumunun ortaya çıkan kamera ihtiyacı için 4 tedarikçi arasından optimal tedarikçinin seçilmesidir. Karar sürecinde belirlenen 11 kriterin önem dereceleri Entropiyöntemi ile belirlenmiş ve en önemli kriterlerin sırasıyla Satış Sonrası Destek, Geçmiş İş Performansı ve Etki kriterleri olduğu görülmüştür. Tedarikçilerin ürünlere ait fiyat ve işçilik maliyet değerleri birbirine yakın olduğundan bu iki kriter en önemsiz kriterler olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Tedarikçi alternatifleri çokkriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden MAUT ve VIKORyöntemleri ile değerlendirilmiş ve elde edilen sonuçlar karşılaştırılmıştır. Buna göre VIKORveMAUT yöntemleriyle yapılan analiz sonucunda elde edilen tedarikçi sıralamalarını aynı olduğu ve sırasıyla A1,A2, A4 ve A3 olduğu görülmüştür.

Abstract

Supplier selection is a very important process that requires multiple criteria to be taken into consideration for enterprises to make profit, to provide maximum benefit with minimum resources and to use scarce resources effectively and efficientlyThe aim of this study is to select the most optimal supplier among 4 suppliers for the emerging camera needs of a public institution. The importance of the 11 criteria determined in the decision process was determined by the Entropymethod and the most important criteria were After Sales Support, Past Business Performance and Impact criteria, respectively. Since the price and labor cost values of the suppliers are close to each other, these two criteria are considered as the least significant criteria. Supplier alternatives were evaluated with MAUT and VIKORmethods which are multi-criteria decision making methods and the results were compared. According to the results ofVIKORand MAUT methods, supplier rankings are the same and the ranking is A1, A2, A4 and A3 respectively.
