Özet
Necip Fazıl ve Ahmet Hâşim, 20. yüzyıl Türk şiirinin öne çıkan şairleri arasında yer alır. Bu çalışmada her iki şairin başı konu alan birer şiiri (Serseri ve Başım) incelenmektedir. Necip Fazıl'ın şiirinde baş, benlik kavramı çevresinde şekillenir. Ahmet Hâşim'in şiiri ise ontolojik çerçevede başı probleme çevirir. İncelemede metinlerarasılık ve karşılaştırmalı edebiyat yöntemlerinden yararlanılmaktadır. Necip Fazıl, Serseri şiirinde öznenin toplumla, insanlarla ve diğer varlıklarla uyumsuzluğunu, bunun kendisi üzerinde yarattığı olumsuz etkiyi dile getirir. Uyumsuzluğun kaynağı olarak başını görür. Baş kelimesiyle ifade ettiği zihninin farklı işleyişi problem olarak belirir. Buna karşılık Ahmet Hâşim de başın fiziki yapısını ve görünüşünü çirkinlik kompleksi çevresinde psikolojik probleme dönüştürür. Bu durum, sanatkâr üzerinde psikolojik baskı yaratır. Bu yazıda her iki şairin başa yaklaşımı fenomenolojinin ve psikanalizin verileriyle ele alınmaya çalışılmaktadır

He sees his head as the source of the incongruity. The different working of his mind, which he expresses through the word "head", emerges as a problem for him. On the other hand, Ahmed Hâşim turns the physical structure and appearance of the head into a psychological problem related to an ugliness complex. This creates a psychological pressure on the artist. This study focuses on the way both poets approach the head by making use of t
