Özet

Tiroidin skuamöz hücreli karsinomu nadir bir tümör olup tiroidin tüm malign tümörlerinin sadece % l'ini oluşturur. Radyolojik ve klinik bulgulara göre tiroidin skuamöz hücreli karsinomu ve diğer malign tümörlerinin ayırımı güçtür. Bu olgu sunumunda ti-roid glandın skuamöz hücreli karsinomu ve radyolojik bulguları değerlendirilmiştir.

Abstract

Squamous cell carcinoma of the thyroid is a rare disorder which comprises only 1 % of all the malignant tumors of the thyroid. Differentiation of the squamous cell carcinomas and other malignant tumors of the thyroid is difficult according to the radiologi¬cal and clinical findings. In this study, a case of squamous cell carcinoma of the thyroid gland is presented and its radiological ap¬pearance has been evaluated.
