BAĞCILIK YAPILAN İLLERDE BAĞCILIK POTANSİYELİ VE HÂKİM ÜZÜM ÇEŞİTLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ ÜZERİNE BİR ÇALIŞMA

A STUDY ON THE DETERMINING THE VITICULTURE POTENTIAL AND DOMINANT GRAPE VARIETIES IN VINE PRODUCING PROVINCES

Özet

Bu çalışmada bağcılık yapılan illerimizde bağcılığın mevcut durumu ve üzüm çeşitlerinin belirlenmesiamaçlanmıştır. TÜİK verilerine göre Bağcılık yapılan iller ve öne çıkan ilçelerden anket yoluyla verilertoplanmıştır. Anketler belirlenen 189 İl ve İlçe Gıda Tarım ve Hayvancılık İl Müdürlüğüne posta ilegönderilmiş ve bağcılıkla ilgili sorumlu personelce doldurulması istenmiştir. Ankette muhataplardansorumluluk alanlarında hali hazırda bağcılık yapılan bölgeleri, bu yerlerde mevcut bağ alanlarını vehâkim üzüm çeşitlerini belirtmeleri yanında bağcılık yapılmayan ama bağcılığa elverişli olabilecek yerleride bildirmeleri istenmiştir. Yanıt alınan 137 kurumdan toplanan veriler il bazında derlenmiştir. Üzümçeşitlerinin tekrarlanma sıklığına göre en yaygın üç çeşit Alphonse Lavallee, Red Globe ve Razakıçeşitleri olmuştur.

Abstract

In this study, we aimed to determine the present status of grape and grape varieties in places where grape is grown. Data were collected through questionnaires obtained from provinces and district where grape is grown according to TUİK data. The questionnaires were sent to the 189 Provincial and District Food, Agriculture and Livestock Provincial Directorates by mail and requested to be filled by personnel who are responsible for viticulture. The respondents in the questionnaire were asked to indicate the areas where the present vineyards areas in their study region and the types of dominant grapes as well as the places where viniculture was not possible but could be suitable for the vineyard. Data collected from 137 respondents were compiled and analyzed on a provincial basis. According to the frequency of repeating of grape varieties, the three most common varieties are Alphonse Lavallee, Red Globe and Razakı varieties.
