Özet

Mustafa Kemal Atatürk'ün en belirgin özelliklerinden biri de onun eğitime verdiği önemdir. Askerlik yaşantısının başından itibaren ve daha sonra siyasi ve sosyal hayatında daima eğitim ön planda olmuş ve bu konuda birçok eser ortaya koymuştur. Bu eserler, onun gelecek nesillere aktarımlarım içermektedir. İşte Onun, 1916 yılında kaleme aldığı "Ta'lîm ve Terbiye-i Askeriyye Hakkında Nokta-i Nazarlar " acili eser de bunlardan biridir. Eserde, onun eğitime ve disipline verdiği önemi, bunun liderlik vasıflarına nasıl yansıdığını görmekteyiz. O, askerî eğitimle başladığı mesleki yaşantısının yansımalarını daha sonra, siyasi ve sosyal hayatınada aktarmış ve liderlik Özelliklerini şekillendirmiştir. Türkiye Cumhuriyetinin kuruluşu ve çağdaşlaşmanın temelindeki eğitim anlayışı bunun en Önemli göstergesidir.

Abstract

One of the most typical characteristics of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk is the importance he gives in education. Since the beginning of his military service and later in his political and social life education has always remained in the forefront and presented many works on this issue. These works include his transmissions to the future generations. Here the work named "Viewpoints Regarding the Instruction and Education of the Militaıy" he drew in 1916 is one of them. In this work we see the importance he gives in education and discipline and how these are reflected on his leadership qualities. He then transmitted the reflections of his vocational life he began with military education to his political and social life and shaped his leadership qualities. Foundation of (he Republic of Turkey and the understanding of education at (he basis of the modernization is the most important indicator of this point.
