Lozan Konferansı'nda Türkiye'yi temsil sorunu

Özet

Lozan Konferansı, 1919-1922 yılları arasında gerçekleşen ulusal mücadelenin,askeri zafer sonrasında, siyasi alanda sürdürüldüğü bir süreçtir. Lozan Konferansıöncesiyle ve sonrasıyla Türk dış politikası kadar, iç politika açısından daincelenmeye değer bir konudur. Öyle ki, Lozandaki görüşmeler sırasında Türktarafını temsil eden hükümet ve heyet konusunda tartışmalar yaşanmış, butartışmalar antlaşmanın imzalanmasından sonra da devam etmiş ve günümüze değinulaşmıştır. Bu bağlamda Türkiye açısından temsil sorunu konferansın başlamasıöncesinde belirmiş, Mustafa Kemal Paşanın kesin tavrıyla da sonuçlanmıştır.Saltanatın kaldırılmasıyla siyaset arenasında sadece TBMM Hükümetinin kalmasıve İsmet Paşanın başkanlığında bir heyet konusunda Mustafa Kemal Paşanınkararlı tutumu, o gün için hangi hükümet ve hangi heyet sorularının cevabınıvermesine karşın, tartışmalar sona ermemiştir.

Abstract

Lausanne Conference is a process that has kept the national struggle of 1919-1922 after the martial victory on the political area. The Lausanne Conference withits before and after is worth to study not only for Turkish foreign policy, but also forTurkish domestic policy. During the negotiations in Lausanne, some arguments tookplace about the Turkish Committee and the Turkish Government that representedthe Turkish side, these arguments lasted after being signed the Lausanne Treaty andreached today. In this respect, the issue of representation of Turkey emerged beforethe Conference and was concluded by the certain attitude of Mustafa Kemal Pasha.The arguments have not ended although the decisive attitude of Mustafa KemalPasha about being sole in power of the TBMM Government in the political areaafter abolishing the Sultanate and constituting a committee pres ided by İsmet Pasha,responded the questions of which government and which committee at that time.
