TEMA PARKI KAPSAMINDA 80 BİNDE DEVR-İ ALEM PARKI’NIN İRDELENMESİ

Özet

Farklı mimarileri ve hikayeleri ile ziyaretçilerine farklı deneyimler sunan tema parkları değişen ve gelişen teknoloji ile de sürekli kendilerini yenilemekte ve geliştirmektedir. Tüm dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de tema parklarına oluşan talep, değişen eğlence anlayışıyla da gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Konya ili Meram ilçesinde yer alan, 80 Binde Devr-i Alem Parkı, çalışma alanı olarak ele alınmıştır. 80 Binde Devr-i Alem Parkı, farklı üç bölümün bir arada bulunduğu, bir tema park niteliğindedir. Çalışma alanı ile ilgili elde edilen veriler; parkın bölümleri, parkta bulunan aktivite ve mekânlar, parkın bitkilendirme ve tasarım özellikleri, parkın ulaşılabilirlik altyapısı ve parkın çevresel faktörleri kapsamında değerlendirilerek, parkın olumlu ve olumsuz yönleri üzerinde durulmuş ve öneriler getirilerek Konya iline katkısı ve önemi değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Yapılan değerlendirmeler neticesinde çalışma alanının hem kentin turizmine hem de kentin ekonomisine büyük katkı sağlayacağı ve sosyal refahın artmasında da önemli bir rol oynayacağı düşünülmektedir

Abstract

Theme parks, which offer different experiences to their visitors with their different architectures and stories, constantly renew and improve themselves with the changing and developing technology. The demand for theme parks in our country, as in the whole world, is increasing day by day with the changing entertainment concept. In this study, the 80 Binde Devr-i Alem Park, located in the Meram district of Konya province, was considered as the study area. 80 Binde Devr-i Alem Park is a theme park, where three different parts are located together. The data obtained about the study area; the sections of the park, the activities and spaces in the park, the planting and design features of the park, the accessibility infrastructure of the park and the environmental factors of the park were evaluated, the positive and negative aspects of the park were emphasized and suggestions were made to evaluate its contribution and importance to the province of Konya. As a result of the evaluations made, it is thought that the field of study will make a great contribution to both the tourism and the economy of the city and will play an important role in increasing social welfare.
