Özet
Günümüzde üretim teknolojilerinin pek çok alanda doyma noktasına ulaşması nedeniyle yöneticiler maliyeti düşürmek için lojistik alanına yönelmişlerdir. Stok kontrolünde, tam zamanında tedarik, kanban vb. sistemler artık oldukça yaygın biçimde kullanılmaktadır. Bilgisayar kullanımının yaygınlaşması ve haberleşme sistemlerinin gelişmesiyle yalın üretim gittikçe daha iyi anlaşılan, geliştirilen ve uygulama sahası otomotiv sektörünün sınırlarını aşan komple bir sistem haline gelmiştir. Bilgi teknolojilerindeki bu hızlı gelişimin ve beraberinde yoğun rekabetin giderek arttığı günümüzdeki sektörün dinamik yapısı, ürün çeşitliliği, müşterilerin artan istekleri lojistikte yazılımların öneminin artmasına neden olmuştur. İyi organize edilmiş üretim lojistiği, malzeme yönetimini optimize etmekte, envanter maliyetlerini düşürmekte ve verimliliği artırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada tam zamanında üretim felsefesini benimsemiş bir otomotiv fabrikasında montaj istasyonlarının acil parça isteklerini karşılamak üzere geliştirilmiş olan “Kablosuz Acil Parça İstek Sistemi” tanıtılmış ve sistemin işletmeye katkıları belirtilmiştir.
Abstract
Nowadays since the technologies of production has reached the saturation point in lots of fields , executives turn their face to logistics fieldto reduce the cost.Under the control of stock , such as the systems of just in time supply , kanban have been used pretty widely from now on.Lean manufacturing has been a complete system which is understood better ,developed day by day and exceeds automative sector lines in application field thanks to computers being used widely and communication systems being developed. This fast development in information technologies and along with this rising in heavy competition of the dynamic structure of the sector today product variety the rising demands of the customers have resulted in the importance of the logistics softwares. A well organized production logistics optimizes the material management, decreases the inventory cost and increases productivity. In this study an introduction has been made on ‘wireless emergency parts request system’ developed to supply with the request of emergency parts in the assembly stations and the benefits of the system in the business in an automative factory absorbing just in time product philosophy.
