Özet
Gebeliğin ikinci trimesterde sonlandırılmasında cerrahi olarak boşaltma, progesteron antagonistleri ve prostaglandin analoğu ajanların kullanımı tercih edilmektedir. Bu derlemede ikinci trimester gebeliğin sonlandırılmasında prostaglandin analog kullanımı tartışıldı.
Abstract
Low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma is a rare pelvic malignancy that most commonly arises from the endometrium. The methods that are used in the termination of second trimester pregnancies are surgical evacuation, the use of progesterone antagonists and the use of prostaglandin analogs. In this review we discussed the use of prostagalndin analogs administered for the termination of second trimester pregnancies.
