Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a.s) Uygulamaları Çerçevesinde Cihad Mefhumu

Özet

Yüce Allah, insanları özgürleştirmek ve yeryüzünü güvenli ve huzurlu bir ortama çevirmek için peygamberler göndermiştir. Onların temel hedeflerinden birisi fikri, iktisadi, siyasi, içtimai ve ahlâkî yönden bozulan toplumları ıslah etmek olmuştur. Bu vazifelerini ifa yolunda muârızları var olmuş; peygamberler bunlarla çok boyutlu mücadele etmişlerdir. Bu geniş çerçeveli mücadele yöntemine cihad adı verilmiştir. Makalede, cihadın cüzü olan savaşın; Allah rızası, kanuni çerçeve ve devlet başkanın izni olmak üzere üç temel unsura bağlı olduğuna dikkat çekildi. Bu durum cihadın meşruiyet ve ilanının bireysel ve grupsal yapılanmaların uhdesine bırakılmadığını göstermektedir. Çalışmada içe dönük çatışma, niza ve husumetin cihad olmadığı; cihadın dışa dönük askeri, siyasi, iktisadi ve içtimai alanda var olma stratejisi olduğu hususu ele alındı. Makalede cihadın/kitâlin kapsamını, mahiyetini, gerekçesini, hedefini ve faziletini, Hz. Peygamber’in uygulamaları çerçevesinde inceleyerek dinî, hukukî ve ahlâkî boyutunu, irdelemeye çalışacağız.

Abstract

Allah Almighty sent prophets to liberate people and turn the earth into a safe and peaceful environment. One of their main goals was to rehabilitate societies whose intellectual, economic, political, social and moral deterioration. There were insults in the way of performing these duties, and the prophets struggled with them in many dimensions. This broad-framed method of struggle is called jihad. In the article, it was pointed out that the war, which is part of the jihad, depends on three basic elements: the consent of Allah, the legal framework and the permission of the head of state. This shows that the legitimacy and proclamation of the jihad is not left by the individual and group structures. In the study, it was discussed that introverted conflict, dispute and animosity are not jihad, that jihad is a strategy to exist in an extroverted military, political, economic and social field. In the article, we will examine the scope, nature, rationale, goal and virtue of the jihad in detail within the framework of the applications of the Prophet (pbuh) and try to examine its religious and legal dimension.
