Sezaryen sonrası skar endometriozis: Nadir bir cerrahi komplikasyon

Özet

Endometriozis, fonksiyonel endometrium bez ve stromanın, uterin kavite dışında büyümesidir. Skar endometriozis oldukça nadir görülen bir hastalık olup, teşhisi operasyon materyalinin incelenmesiyle konulur. Geçirilmiş jinekolojik operasyon ve laparoskopi sonrası trokar yerinde ve amniyosentez sonrasında skar dokusunda endometriozis saptanabilmektedir. Skar endometriozisi sezaryen başta olmak üzere yapılan jinekolojik girişimler sonrası, insizyon skar dokusunda veya komşuluğunda gelişebilen endometrium bez ve stromasından oluşan bir kitledir. Bu olguda, insizyon skarının lateralinde, çevre dokulara yerleşmiş skar kitlesi olan, üç yıl önce sezaryen ile doğum yapmış 26 yaşında kadın olgu sunuldu. Operasyonda eksizyonla tedavi edilen hastanın histopatolojik incelemesi endometriozis olarak rapor edildi.

Abstract

Endometriosis is the growth of the functional endometrium gland and stroma outside the uterine cavity. Scar endometriosis is a very rare disease and diagnosis can only be made by examining the operation material. Endometriosis can be detected in the scar tissue after amniocentesis in the trocar site after the gynecological operation and laparoscopy. Scar endometriosis is a mass consisting of endometrium gland and stroma which can develop in the vicinity of the incision scar or adjacent to it after gynecological interventions, mainly cesarean section. In this case, a 26-year-old female patient with a cesarean birth history three years ago who had scar mass located in the peripheral tissues after the incision scar was presented. Histopathological examination of the patient treated with excision in operation was reported as endometriosis.
