Özet

1995-1998 yılları arasında Hastanemizde Mathieu yöntemi ile üretral stent kullanılarak opere edilen anterior hipospadiaslı 15 olgu retrospektif olarak incelendi. Olgular ortalama 12 ay süre ile izlendi. Sadece bir olguda operasyondan üç gün sonra ciddi bir enfeksiyon gelişti ve stent çekildi. Diğer olgularda stent olarak kullanılan feeding tüpler 5-7.ci günde çekildi ve başarı oranımız %93'tü.

Abstract

Fifteen patient with anterior hypospadias with whom operated Mathieu method using urethral stent from 1995 to 1998 at Our hospital were retrospectively evaluated. All patient followed-up mean 12 months. One patient was developed seriously infection after operation and urethral stent was pulled. Urethral stent of the others cases were pulled between 5 days and 7 days. There was no complication. Our successful rate was %93.
