Özet

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, bir hastanenin yoğun bakım ünitesinde çalışan hemşirelerin tükenmişlik düzeylerini ve ilişkili bazı faktörleri belirlemektir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu kesitsel araştırma bir hastanenin yoğun bakım ünitesinde çalışan 90 hemşire ile Haziran 2012'de gerçekleştirilmiştir. Aim: The aim of this study is to determine the level of burnout among the intensive care nurses working in a hospital and some of the related factors.Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted with 90 nurses working in the intensive care unit of a hospital in June 2012.
