Özet

Amaç: Çalışmada koroner anjiyografi ve perkütan transluminal koroner anjiyoplasti işlemleri öncesi uygulanan müzik eşliğinde progresif kas gevşeme egzersizinin bireylerin yaşam bulgularına olan etkisini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Bir üniversite hastanesinin kardiyoloji anabilim dalında yatmakta olan ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden deney grubundaki koroner anjiyografi olacak 50 hastaya, perkütan transluminal koroner anjiyoplasti olacak 50 hastaya ve kontrol grubundaki 50 hastaya işlem öncesi kişisel bilgi formu doldurulmuş ve yaşam bulguları ölçülüp kaydedilmiştir. Bu işlemlerin ardından deney koroner anjiyografi ve deney perkütan transluminal koroner anjiyoplasti grubunda yer alan hastalara işlemden 30 dk. önce müzik eşliğinde progresif kas gevşeme egzersizi uygulanmış, kontrol grubuna ise uygulanmamıştır. İşlem sonrası her üç gruptaki bireylerin yaşam bulguları tekrar ölçülmüştür.

Abstract

Objectives: This study was conducted to identify the effects of progressive muscle relaxation exercise that is applied with music before coronary angiography and percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty procedures on the vital signs of individuals. Methods: 50 individuals from experimental group who will be operated for coronary angiography, 50 individuals from experimental group who will be operated for transluminal coronary angioplasty, and 50individuals in control group, who were hospitalized in cardiology department of a university hospital and accepted taking part in the research completed a Personal Information Form and their vital signs were saved before the procedure. After completing these procedures, progressive muscle relaxation exercise with music wasapplied on experimental coronary angiography and experimental percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty patients 30 minutes before the intervention, without applying to the control group. After the intervention, vital signs of individuals in each 3 groups were checked again. Results: It was found that for individuals in each 3 groups, there were statistically significant differences for preintervention systolic blood pressure, pulse rate, and respiratory rate (p0.05). There were statistically significant differences forsystolic and diastolic blood pressure, pulse rate, and respiratory rate after the application (p
