Abstract
The crises started in the World in the Social Security System were tried to prevent by the various reforms and regulations. Along these lines, in Turkey, social security system didn't perform well about financing and function. And this process necessitated a reform like the other countries in the world. As a part of the reform, in Turkey Private Pension System consists of voluntariness. In the system, payments of the participants are turned into investments in the capital market. By this means, the effects of the system come to light. İt is aimed to increasing the savings and achieving the development in economic stabilization and financial market. The main requirement of Turkey is increasing the national savings. And private pension system even if just a hint can be a remedy for this problem. For the purpose of increasing the savings, tax incentives and government contribution system is being enforced by Law of 6327. After the implementation of Law of 6327, it is observed that participant number and saving amount have been increasing. For that reason, we recommend that these tax incentives and government contribution system must be continued to implement.
