ÇANAKKALE MUHAREBELERİNDE TÜRK ORDUSUNUN ZAYİATI

Özet

Çanakkale Muharebelerinin konu edildiği hemen her müfredat ve toplantıda Türk ordusunun verdiği zayiat hakkında rakamlar verilmektedir. Ancak verilen rakamlar birbirini tutmamakta ve büyük farklar göze çarpmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, yapılan yanlışlıklar ve sebepleri üzerinde durulacak, özellikle Genelkurmay Başkanlığı ile Millî Savunma Bakanlığının ilgili birimlerinin yayınları kullanılmak suretiyle zayiat miktarları ortaya çıkarılacak; ilk, orta ve lise ders kitaplarında verilen bilgiler değerlendirilecektir.

Abstract

In almost every publication and meeting of which the subject is Gallipoli Campaign, casualties figures of the Turkish Army are given. However, the figures are contradictory and big differences leap out. In this study, the mistakes made and the reasons of them will be elaborated; the actual casualties figures will be revealed through the publications of relevant departments of the Ministry of Defense and the Department of Chief of Staff and the information about this subject in the textbooks of elementary schools, secondary schools and high schools will be evaluated.
