ÇOK KÜLTÜRLÜ SOSYO-KÜLTÜREL ORTAMDA BARIŞ İÇİNDE YAŞAYABİLME: ALANYA ÖRNEĞİ

Özet

Günümüzde, resmî verilere göre sayıları yirmi dört bini bulan, Alanya ilçesinde yerleşik olarak yaşayan yabancı uyruklu halkların ekonomik, kültürel, eğitim vb. birçok alanda yerli halk ile etkileşimi kaçınılmazdır. Etkileşim içinde yaşayan yerli ve yabancı toplumlar, Osmanlı Devleti'ne benzemektedir. Tarihten gelen toplumsal farklılıkların zenginlik olarak görülmesi düşüncesinden yola çıkılarak çeşitli etnik unsurun bir arada uyum içinde yaşaması, istenilen ve arzu edilen bir durumdur. Bu çalışmada günümüzde "ülke vatandaşlığı" kavramından çok "dünya vatandaşlığı" teriminin son onlu yıllarda gelişen önemli bir olgu olduğu düşüncesi ile yabancı ve yerli bütün halkın barış ortamında yaşadığı Alanya örneği sunulmaya çalışılmıştır. Ayrı etnik ve dini unsurlara sahip bu halkların sosyoekonomik, kültürel durumları tespit edilip karşılaştırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Yapılan bu çalışmada amaç Alanya örneğinden yola çıkarak toplumların adaptasyon sürecinde yaşadıkları zorlukları tespit etmektir.

Abstract

According to the offical data, nowadays, it is inevitable for about twenty four thousand foreign resident population living in Alanya with the native people in the area of, economic, cultural, and education. The native and foreign societies living together in interaction in all these fields are resembled to the Ottoman Empire. Because the wealth of social diversity is seen as coming from the date starting from the idea of living in a combination of more than one ethnic harmony is a desirable and desired. In this world today "country citizenship" rather than the concept of "world citizenship" in the last term of ten years with the idea that there is a significant phenomenon in developing foreign and an example of the current situation of domestic to live all the peoples of the peace has attempted to present. These people with separate ethnic and religious elements are tried to detect and compare their socio-economic and cultural status. Starting the example of Alanya, the main purpose in this research is to identify the difficulties they face at the process of adaptation of the societies.
