Özet

Bu çalışmada Van yöresndekii atlarda anti-Toxoplasma göndü antikorlarının seroprevalansı indirekt hemaglutinasyon (IHA) yöntemi ile araştırıldı. Çalışma materyalini Van ili sınır bölgesinde barındırılan 172 adet Doğu Anadolu atı oluşturdu. Anti- Toxoplasma göndü antikorlarının tespiti için ticari Toxocell IHA kili (Biokit, sa, Spain) kullanıldı. Serumların 1/64 dilüsyonunda hemaglutinasyonun varlığı veya yokluğuna göre reaksiyon pozitif yada negatif olarak değerlendirildi. Buna göre, atların üçü seropozitif(%1.74), 169'u (%98.26) seronegatif olarak belirlendi.

Abstract

Seroprevaleıtce of Toxoplasma gondii in horses in VanPlmince In this study, the prevalence of anti-Toxoplasma göndü antibodies in horses was investigated in serum by indirect hemagglutination (IHA) method. 172 Eastern Anatolia horses herd in the border region of the Van province were used in this study. For the serological diagnosis was used the commercial Toxocell IHA kit (Biokit, sa, Spain). Test results were judged to be positive or negative according to the presence or absence ofhemagglutination at 1/64 dilution. Three samples (1.74%) were found to be positive while 169 (98,26%) were negative.
