Bazı Önemli Patates Üreticisi İllerde Patates Üretim Maliyeti ve Gelirinin Karşılaştırmalı Olarak İncelenmesi

Özet
Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de patates üretim maliyeti ve gelirinin iller arası karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada patates üretiminin yoğun olarak yapıldığı bölgeleri temsil yeteneğine sahip Niğde, Nevşehir, Bolu, Afyon ve İzmir illeri incelenmiştir. İncelenen iller içerisinde patates üretiminden elde edilen net kar 327.831 bin TL/da ile Niğde ilinde en yüksek olup, Niğde ilini sırasıyla Bolu (311.007 bin TL/da), Afyon (293.865 bin TL/da), Nevşehir (293.108 bin TL/da) ve İzmir (259.269 bin TL/da) illeri izlemektedir. Net karın en yüksek olduğu Niğde ile en düşük olduğu İzmir illeri arasında yaklaşık %26.4 oranında fark olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İncelenen illerin tamamında elde edilen gayrisafi üretim değeri ile hem değişen hem de sabit masrafların tamamı karşılanmaktadır. Bu illerde patates üretim faaliyetinin sürdürülmesi işletmecilik ilkeleri yönünden tutarlı görülmektedir.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate and compare potatoes production cost and income among cities of Niğde, Nevşehir, Bolu, Afyon and İzmir which represent intensive potatoes production areas in Turkey. The net profit per decare from potatoes production was highest in Niğde (327.831 thousand TL) followed by Bolu (311.007 thousand TL), Afyon (293.865 thousand TL), Nevşehir (293.108 thousand TL) and İzmir (259.269 thousand TL). It was found that in terms of net profit there was approximately %26.4 difference between Niğde and İzmir which have the highest and lowest net profit, respectively. All variable and fixed cost was compared with the gross production values obtained from all provinces studied. It is advised that the continuation of the potatoes production in these provinces is suitable from the stand point of management principles.
