Özet
İş yaşamı ve çalışma koşulları stresin en önemli nedenlerinden birisidir. Her iş kolu gibi eğitim kurumları da içinde stres barındıran bir alandır. Bu stres kaynaklarının belirlenmesi daha iyi bir eğitim ortamının oluşturulması için önemli bir nokta olmuştur. Çalışmanın genel amacı, eğitimcilerin stres kaynaklarının nedenlerini araştırmak ve bu nedenleri ortaya koymaktır. Çalışma, belirlenen stres kaynaklarını ve bunların cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaş gibi değişkenlere göre anlamlı farklılıklarını inceleyecektir. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2020 yılı güz döneminde Yalova ilinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı görev yapan yönetici ve öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemini ise kendilerine ulaşılan 16 idareci ve 92 öğretmen olmak üzere toplam 108 katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada araştırma yöntemi olarak veri toplama modeli kullanılmış olup yapılan anketler ile uygulama gerçekleştirilmiştir. Anket soruları uzman görüşler ile eleme ve seçme yöntemiyle belirlenmiştir. Anket formları iki bölüme ayrılmış olup anket formlarının ilk bölümünde, eğitimcilerin demografik özellikleri, ikinci bölümde ise stresle başa çıkabilme ölçekleri yer almıştır. Elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesinde, yüzde %, frekans, ANOVA ve t testinden yararlanılarak uygulama gerçekleştirilmiştir.
Abstract
Work life and working conditions are one of the most important causes of stress. Like every business line, educational institutions are also an area that contains stress. Identifying these sources of stress has been an important point to create a better educational environment. The general aim of the study is to investigate the causes of the stressors of the educators and to reveal these reasons. In the study, the identified stressors and their significant differences according to variables such as gender, marital status and age were examined. The universe of the research consists of administrators and teachers working under the Ministry of National Education in Yalova in the fall semester of 2019. The sample consists of a total of 108 participants, including 16 administrators and 92 teachers. The data collection model was used as a research method in the study, and the application was carried out with the questionnaires. Questionnaire questions were determined by the method of elimination and selection with expert opinions. The questionnaire forms are divided into two parts, and the first part of the questionnaires includes the demographic characteristics of the educators, and the second part includes the scales for coping with stress. In the analysis of the data obtained, the application was carried out by using the percentage (%), frequency, ANOVA and t test.
