Bu çalışmanın konusu, kambiyo senetlerinde avaldir. Çalışmada avalin benzer kurumlardan farkı, unsurları, aval verenin hak ve sorumlulukları ile avalin sona ermesi konuları ilgili Yargıtay kararları da dikkate alınarak incelenmiştir.
Abstract
The subject of this study is aval in bills of exchange. The study focuses on the differences of aval from similar subjects, elements of aval, rights and responsibilities of avalist and the end of aval and also reference to relevant court precedents.
