Özet

Bu çalışmada, yağ asidi türevli ve karboksilik asit-alkol esterleşme ürünü yeni yumuşatıcı maddelerinin (YM1, YM2 veYM3) sentezi yapılmıştır. Sentezlenen bileşikler ve piyasada mevcut bulunan katyonik, anyonik ve noniyonik karakterli yumuşatıcılar, farklı örgüye sahip ve poliester katkılı pamuklu kumaşlara uygulanarak, yumuşatma özellikleri incelenmiştir. Ayrıca sentezlenen ve çeşitli firmalardan temin edilen mevcut yumuşatıcı maddelerin yumuşatma etkileri birbirleri ile kıyaslanmıştır. Yapılan uygulamalarda çektirme yöntemi kullanılmıştır.

Abstract

In this study, the new softening agents, which derivated fatty acid and carboxylic acid alcohol esterification product, have been synthesed(YM1, YM2 veYM3). The synthesis compounds and nonionic softening agents in the market, applied to the different knitted and also contained polyester cotton fabrics and examined the softening properties. Finally, the softening efects of softening efects of softening agents has been occured. In all application the exhaust process has been used.
