Film İstifleme Yöntemiyle Tek Bileşenli Polimer Kompozit Malzeme Üretimi

Özet

Hem matris hem de takviye materyali aynı cins polimerden yapılmış malzemelere tek bileşenli polimer kompozit malzeme (TBPK) denilmektedir. TBPK’ler konvansiyonel polimer kompozitlere göre daha hafif, geri dönüşümü daha kolay ve fiyat performans ilişkisi bakımından daha avantajlıdırlar. Bu derlemede; TBPK’lerin konvansiyonel polimer kompozitlere göre avantajlı ve dezavantajlı yönleri, üretiminde kullanılan polimerler ve yöntemler anlatılmıştır. Film istifleme yöntemi, laboratuar ölçeğinde büyük alt yapı yatırımları gerektirmeden bu konu ile ilgili çalışmalar yapmaya imkan tanıdığı için bu yöntemle üretilmiş TBPK’lerle ilgili çalışmalar detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir.

Abstract

The composite materials, of which both the matrix and reinforcing material are made up of same kind of polymer, are referred to as self-reinforced polymer composites (SRPC). SRPCs are lighter, recyclable more easily and more advantageous in terms of price and performance relation than conventional composites. In this review, the advantageous and disadvantageous points of SRPC with respect to conventional composites and polymers and methods used for production have been explained. The previous studies on the production of SRPCs by film stacking method have been examined in details since this method enables to make studies in laboratory scale without requiring large investments.
