Early diagnosis and treatment of these patients can reduce morbidityand mortality from the most important factors of survival and rapid treatment. The most important barrier isdelayed diagnosis of atypical symptoms. In this article, we present a phenomenon that is overlooked by atypical symptoms of non-ST-ACS.
