Hava Kanalı Sızdırmazlık Testleri ve Commissioning (Cx) Sürecine Etkisi

Özet

Binalarda, tesislerde ve işletmelerde, işletme maliyetlerini minimum değerde tuta-rak tasarlanan mekanik sistemlerin verimli bir şekilde çalışması uygun sistem seçi-mi, projelendirme, kaliteli malzeme, uygun imalat ve montaj işlemleri ile doğrudan ilgilidir. Ancak sistemin istenilen parametreleri (sıcaklık, debi vb.) sağlayabilmesi ve sürdürülebilir olması bir commissioning süreci gerektirmektedir. Bu çalışmada iklimlendirme sistemlerinde uygulanan hava kanalı sızdırmazlık testlerinin temel prensipleri, uygulanışı, uluslararası standartların kabul kriterleri ile uygulama sı-rasında karşılaşılan sorunlar ve çözüm yöntemlerine değinilerek, hava kanalı sız-dırmazlık testlerinin commissioning sürecindeki yeri ve etkisi incelenmiştir.

Abstract

Efficient operation of mechanical systems designed in buildings, facilities and businesses by keeping operating costs to a minimum is directly related to proper system selection, project design, quality material, appropriate manufacturing and assembly processes. However, the system’s ability to provide the desired parameters (temperature, flow, etc.) and to be sustainable requires a commissioning process. In this study, the basic principles, application, the acceptance criteria of international standards, the problems encountered during the application and the solution meth-ods encountered during the application, the place and effect of the air duct leakage tests in the commissioning process were examined.
