Özet

Çift J iireter stentîer uzun süredir rutin üroloji pratiğinde kul¬lanılmakla beraber son dönemde kullanım endikasyonlaruun genişlemesine paralel olarak konmplikasyon oranları da art¬maktadır. Bit komplikasyonlar içerisinde en ciddi olanların¬dan biri stentlerin kalsifıye olması, kireçlenmesidir (enkrtıs¬ta.y on ). Bu makalede sağ lomber ağrı, disiiri, pollaküri ve nıakroskopik hematüri şikayeti ile polikliniğimize başvuran 37 yaşındaki erkek hastanın anamnez, fizik muayene ve tet¬kikler sonucu uzun süre kalmış çift J iireter stentin enkr us los¬yonuna bağlı sağ afonksiyone böbrek ve mesane taşı olgusu sunulmaktadır.

Abstract

Although double-J ureteral stents have been used routinely in ıtrologİcal practice for a long time, more recently, in parallel with the spread of indications the rate of complications has been on the rise. One of the most serious complications is stent encrustation. In this paper, the case of a 37 year -old patient who has flank pain, dysuria, frequency and macrosco¬pic hematuria is evaluated. Following anemnesis, physical examination and screening test, evidence is presented with respect to right afunctional kidney and bladder stone arising from long-standing double-J ureteral stent.
